3. Handmade process
Custom work is made by hand. Small variations in texture, stitch and colour placement are normal and make each piece individual.
4. Changes
Changes requested after work has started can affect material requirements, price and completion timing. Any significant change should be agreed before proceeding.
5. Collection and delivery
Collection or courier/delivery arrangements are confirmed per order. Risk and responsibility for delivery are handled according to the agreed delivery method and applicable law.
